2 day 4×4 tour: Ouarzazate-Chegaga in luxury bivouac

Day 1 : Ouarzazate – the Draa Valley – m’hamid – Erg Chegaga Bivouac de luxe

Departure by 4×4 from Ouarzazate in the morning to Zagora via the Draa valley.
Just after Zagora, stop in Tamegroute to visit the workshops and ovens of manufacture of the very particular pottery with green enamel, possibility also to visit the Koranic Library founded in the 18th century, for the amateurs of ancient manuscripts.

Lunch in Mhamid .
Departure in the afternoon to the Erg and the large dunes of chigaga to enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Dinner, musical evening and overnight at the bivouac of chigaga, tent with private bathroom

Day 2 : Erg Chegaga – Lake Iriki – Foum Z Guid – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, a ride on a dromedary for about an hour and then a start on the track to Foum Zgid along the large dunes and the dry bed of the Draa.

Return to the road and lunch in Tazenaght, the ancient homeland of the carpet which today houses the cooperative of ouzguida carpets made in the region.
return to the road to Ouarzazate to arrive in the afternoon at your hotel or riad.
