After breakfast, departure in 4×4 to the mountain. Your itinerary will first cross the gorges of Moulay Brahim before reaching Asni, a Berber village located at 1150 m of altitude, at the foot of Mount Toubkal.
This is where you will leave the road to take the trail that climbs the mountain with great views of the Valley. You thus climb up to a pass located almost exactly at 2000 m and which allows the passage from the valley of Asni to the valley of the Ourika.
This itinerary is worth for the beauty of the payasages and also the crossing of Berber villages built on mountain sides. The inhabitants make their living from livestock farming and also cultivate the smallest piece of land more or less horizontally. When the slopes are too steep, they build terraces to reclaim some cultivable space. Depending on the season, you can see the sowing, the harvesting or the threshing and the boasting of the cereals. Some “ovens” produce charcoal.
The trail, a little further, reaches the road of the Oukaïmden which you will descend in direction of the valley of the Ourika whose reputation is no longer to do. You can have lunch in the Valley.
In the afternoon, return to Marrakech that you will reach in the late afternoon.
