The Draa valley (one day)

Breakfast in Ouarzazate then departure to Zagora.
Crossing an almost exclusively mineral landscape by crossing the Jbel Tifernine, the eastern edge of the Anti-Atlas with incredible cliff and Canyon relief.
After the village of Ait Saoun starts the climb to the col de Tiniffit with magnificent views of the mountains and valleys. Arriving in Agdz, we will follow the trail of the caravans to discover the heart of the Draa Valley .
Born in the Atlas, not far from Ouarzazate, the Draâ feeds from Agdz to Mhamid an oasis for nearly 200 km.
The landscape shows up along the wadi a multitude of fields, very dense palm groves forming a discontinuous ribbon along the Valley
Visit of the Kasbah Tamnougalte, then continue to Zagora and the village of Tamgroute to visit the Koranic library and its very old collection of manuscripts, as well as the workshops and ovens of manufacture of the very particular pottery with green enamel, emblem of the region.
A little further south we reach the first sand dunes of Tinfou
Return for lunch in Zagora then continue to Ouarzazate in the afternoon.
